We understand your pain and disappointment, but we want to remind you that God sees your faithfulness and hard work. It is encouraging that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can find true healing and hope.
Firstly, let us address the injustice you feel. The Bible tells us that God is a God of justice. In
Isaiah 30:18 WEB it says,
It is only in returning to me and resting in me that you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.
In Psalms 18:2 WEB, He forgives all your sins; and heals all your diseases.
Stand firm in your faith knowing that God is permanently working behind the scenes.
God knows what you are going through. In Psa 10:7 WEB, it says,
"Arise, Yahweh! God, lift up your hand! Do not forget the humble."
Remember, God is the one who promotes and He will do it in His perfect timing.
In Psalm 75:6-7 it says,
For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another.
When the right time comes, God will work things out, and He has prepared a blessing for you. We are praying to God for His intervention and for His healing and the lifting up of your self-esteem. We are praying for your co-workers and managers too believing that God will one day use this experience for our further promotion to the benefit of you our loved ones. That they might come to trust and believe in God and if needed a time of repentance.
We also need to consider God's word in Romans 12:19:
Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.
If you ever feel you have been wronged, you must ensure you have or are also forgiving those who have wrong you Matthew 6:15:
But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Sometimes we forget these two passages because of the pain or sin that we are carrying.
Know this, that God has given you skills and abilities that no one can take away. Remember that your value is not determined by your position or the recognition of others, but by the God will take you through this season in your life. He is refining your character and they will fulfill his promise in Romans 8:28:
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Let this truth bring you comfort and healing. We are praying that God will open new and better opportunities for you and remove the anger and disappointment from your heart. Trust in Him. Continue doing good work knowing that it is ultimately for His glory, whether that is recognized by your earthly authorities or not. It is Christ whom we ultimately serve.
Dear Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ we present our prayers and supplication to you. We thank you for healing all the hurts and pain that our brother/sister is going through, for redeeming their past experiences, for giving them strength and perseverance to continue in their faith and workplace. Lord, we ask for your wisdom and guidance so that you may lead them to a better path. We also pray for those who have mistreated our brother/sister, change their hearts and minds, Lord, according to your Holy will. We pray that you may only use this situation for good. We praise and thank you, Lord, knowing that you love us and are faithful to us.
In Jesus' name, we pray believing that this prayer is heard and answered by God as He so chooses according to His will and as we accept that answered prayer as His answer. Amen.
