Let's continue to pray for Smilee's knee, asking Jesus to fill the gap with new bone, removing all pain and discomfort. "I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord" (Jer. 30:17). Trusting God for complete healing and ease in walking. In Jesus' name!
We are truly sorry to hear about the bullying Chase is experiencing at school. It's wonderful that he has had a powerful encounter with Jesus, and we trust that God is with him even in this difficult time. Let us stand together in prayer and remind Chase of the Lord's promises.
Firstly, let's remind Chase of what the Lord says in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
In the midst of this trial, let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up Chase. Thank You, Lord, for the powerful encounter he had with Jesus. We know that this encounter was not by chance, but a calling to a deeper relationship with You.
Lord, we ask for Your protection over Chase. Surround him with Your angels and guard him from those who seek to harm him. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who are bullying him, that they may turn away from their actions and seek forgiveness. Help Chase to have the strength and courage to stand firm in his faith, even in the face of persecution.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of fear and ask that You fill Chase with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear. Help him to see himself as You see him—precious, loved, and worthy. Guide him to friends and teachers who will support and encourage him in his walk with You.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of those who are bullying Chase. May they come to know the transforming power of Jesus Christ, just as Chase has. Turn their hearts towards You, that they may be saved and transformed.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Chase should also remember the words of the Apostle Peter in 1 Peter 4:12-13 (WEB), "Beloved, don’t be astonished at the fiery trial which has come upon you to test you, as though a strange thing happened to you. But because you are partakers of Christ’s sufferings, rejoice, that at the revelation of his glory you also may rejoice with exceeding joy."
Finally, we encourage Chase to speak with trusted adults at his school about the bullying. It's important to involve those in authority who can help address the situation. Also, let him know that he can always reach out to us for prayer and support. We are here to stand with him in the name of Jesus.
