Please let my neighbours stop be troublemakers.
Now the smoke of cigarettes has filled my appartement. I.was forced to shut windows. They are numerous (almost everyone smoke), they are often opening balcony doors which is vety loud, the smoke gets out, restless and dont care about neighbours. I hear them loudly talking. Lord intervene.
