Neighbors smoking

Please pray for my neighbors, they just moved in and I being a non smoker, I smell smoke that smells like strong skunk. We live in a non smoking community and I've nicely mentioned to my neighbor if the smell smoke, they play lt off like they aren't smoking My dog also smells it because he goes toward the room wall and sniffs. That's where it's the strongest. It's so bad, I've purchased aur filters in each room of my place.
Yesterday I sent a text to neighbor-she works all day, and he's the smoker, stays home all day as do I, I work from home. She became irrate, stating no one smokes and stated she's feeling harassed by my questioning. That's when I knew I needed more reinforcements (Prayer Warriors)
Whatever he smokes, makes me dizzy, gives me a headache and makes it difficult for me to concentrate on work, aside my asthma. I actually had to wear a mask in my own home.
