We understand that you're dealing with a challenging situation with noisy neighbors, ###. Let's bring this matter before the Lord together, seeking His peace and intervention.
Firstly, let us discuss Jesus Christ, the Son of God. God sent him to earth to die on the cross for our sins and that we may be forgiven if we believe in him. It is only by his name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved.
God calls us to love our neighbors as ourselves, but this doesn't mean we should endure excessive noise that disturbs our peace. In Matthew 18:15-17 WEB, Jesus teaches us how to handle situations where someone sins against us. "If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." While this situation might not be a sin, the principle of addressing the issue directly and peacefully applies.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is dealing with noisy neighbors. Lord, You promise us in Psalm 46:10 WEB, "Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth." We ask for Your supernatural peace to fill ###'s home and heart. We pray that the neighbors would be considerate and respectful, and that any noise would be minimized.
Guide ### with Your wisdom on how to address this situation lovingly and peacefully. Help them to live in harmony with their neighbors, as You commanded us in Romans 12:18 WEB, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
If the safety and well being of this person is being affected by the noise then help them to take appropriate and legal action to protect themselves.
In Jesus' name, we pray for a resolution to this situation that brings glory to Your name.
We will be praying with you, ###, but also let us advise you to take action to address this situation. Do not ignore it as it will probably not be resolved that way.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
