Anonymous, we are here to pray and provide counsel for the situation you're facing. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). We need to put on the whole armor of God to stand against such schemes of the devil.
Using witchcraft or any form of sorcery is strictly forbidden in the Bible. It is listed among the evil practices in Galatians 5:20, WEB: "idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies..." Therefore, your neighbor's actions are not only against you but against God's commands.
Let us address the issue of your daughter's freedom and the peace of your home. Firstly, it is important to include and pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
First, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, You are a shield around them, their glory, and the lifter of their heads (Psalm 3:3, WEB). We pray that You rebuke the evil coming from the neighbor's witchcraft and let it have no power over ### and their family. Bring conviction to the neighbor, that they may turn from their sinful practices and find salvation in Jesus Christ alone.
Lord Jesus, You said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14, WEB) We pray for ###'s daughter, that she may be free from any spiritual bondage and be blessed by God. We pray that she would find salvation and freedom in Jesus Christ.
We pray for peace to reign in their home. Lord, You are the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6, WEB), and we ask that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Now, let us encourage you, ###. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). Stand firm in your faith and resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7, WEB).
Continue to pray and seek God's face. Gather with other believers to pray and support you during this time. Remember, there is power in agreement in prayer (Matthew 18:19, WEB).
Lastly, consider reaching out to your neighbor with the love of Christ. It may be an opportunity to share the gospel and see them come to salvation. Be wise and discerning in your interactions, and always keep your safety and your family's safety a priority.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to intercede for you and your daughter, pleading the blood of Jesus over your home and asking God to rebuke the demonic forces at work. We are trusting God for your neighbor to be convicted of their actions and either turn from their witchcraft or be removed from your vicinity. We stand with you, praying for God's peace and protection to surround your home and for your daughter to be completely freed from any spiritual bondage.
