Neighbor trouble

I would like to ask for prayer for me, my wife, and my mother. We have a neighbor who is trying to make our lives miserable. They are even trying to keep us from being able to get to our own home. They didn't have anything to say for almost 15 years and then started this within the last 2 years or so. It really has my wife and mother's anxiety in a bad way. We've never done anything to these people and don't know why they are being this way to us. I've prayed for help but have not seen any improvement in the situation. I've started to feel like God doesn't care about us. So any thoughts and prayers that might be sent up for us would be graciously appreciated.

I am so sorry everyone is changing it's the coming of God evil is sticking its head up ! Dear God this family is in need of your intervention and protection. I place the blood of Yeshua over your home over your family. I declare and decree from this second on you are under the protect of the Lord Yehovah , nothing evil are unclean thing may come near you are your family! In the mighty name Of Yeshua! In the mighty name of Yeshua! God's Angel now set's upon you roof for your protection. Please thank him when entering your home!
He will be with you and your family as long as your faith stays strong in the Lord! Please bless all your doors windows any openings even air vents. With the Holy oils from Israel made as the Lord commanded Moses to make! Place the oil on your right thumb from right to left . Place Holy oil on the side the top and side saying I place the blood of Jesus over my home no evil can enter! All doors and windows! Please bless your bed all four sides the same way! So you can sleep with out them bothering you! Make a little place for the Lord to be honored in your home. Place a scented stick are candle. Light it each night as you pray to the Lord!
Things will get better for you and your family!
