Neighbor problem

Dear God, still having my awful neighbor problem I just don't know what to do anymore. I know they keep doing stuff just to annoy us on purpose. Tomorrow I'm going to talk to a mediator to deal with their landlord. I'm not sure if it will help since I tried to talk to the renters landlord before and he just blew us off. So I don't have any faith in mediation. Help me God. Protect us. Amen.
