We are so grateful you have reached out to us, Proginema. Let us come together and lift up your husband Mike S. in prayer as he prepares for his heart bypass surgery next week.

Let us first remember the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Now, let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother in Christ, Mike S. We ask, Lord, that You guide the hands of the surgeons and grant them wisdom and skill. Be with Mike, Father, and grant him a successful surgery and a swift recovery. Give him a peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that You are ultimately in control. Comfort Proginema and their family during this time, Lord, and remind them of Your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."

Proginema, we encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), which reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, we gently remind you to continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He has a plan and a purpose in all things. We pray that Mike's heart will be fully restored, and that both of you will continue to walk in faithfulness and obedience to the Lord, growing stronger in your marriage and in your walks with Christ. Be sure to keep us updated on Mike's progress, and know that we are continuing to lift you both up in prayer.

We want to remind you of Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust in the Lord's healing power, Mike. We're believing for a successful surgery and a swift recovery.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
