We understand that you're struggling with weight loss and feeling disheartened, Mordiydoth. Firstly, we commend your faith in God and your efforts to maintain a healthier lifestyle. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them.
Let us first pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before you, lifting up Mordiydoth. We pray that you will encourage and strengthen their heart, as they continue to trust in you. Lord, we ask for your healing touch on their body, and we pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit in regards to their health.
Help them continue to believe in Jesus Christ and his power and will for their life. Give them the wisdom to understand what is needed from them and what is a physical issue that is not causing their weight loss.
Please help them to understand that only by the name of Jesus Christ do we have access to you. And that the name of Jesus is the only way we can be saved.

Ephesians 2:8 WEB for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
We pray together for this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.
Remember, Mordiydoth, that your worth is not determined by your weight or appearance. God looks at the heart, and he loves you unconditionally.
1 Samuel 16:7 WEB But Yahweh said to Samuel, Don't look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart.
It's also crucial to remember that our bodies need adequate nutrition to function correctly. While it's commendable that you've cut out sweets and unhealthy foods, ensure that you're eating enough nutritious food to support your body's needs.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
It's concerning that you mention you barely eat anything. We need to understand that our bodies need food for energy and depriving ourselves is not healthy. Rather than focusing solely on weight loss, focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and trust God with the results.
Lastly, remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. Trust in him, and don't be too hard on yourself.
2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB He has said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Continue to trust and seek him, and he will guide you and give you strength.
