My friend ### is in her 40’s and has many serious physical and mental health issues and unable to care for herself. She lives with her dad who doesn’t want her to be there and a brother who comes over to torment her and her dad doesn’t do anything about it. Her dad just left on a trip and left her alone to take care of herself and she feels so abandoned. Her brother came over the first day their dad was gone and caused her much torment and anxiety. She’s on Xanax for anxiety but it isn’t helping her but she says it’s a difficult medication to wean off from. Please pray for her safety, especially while her dad is away and for her physical and mental health. She is struggling to have faith in Jesus with all she’s been going through. She says this torment has gone on for many years and she can’t take it anymore and feels so trapped where she is because she has no one to help her other than her dad.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our dear friend ###. We lift up her current situation to you, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance in her life.

Lord, we pray for ###'s physical and mental health. We ask that you would bring healing and restoration to her body and mind. We pray that you would provide her with the right medical care and treatment that she needs. We ask that you would grant her peace and comfort in the midst of her struggles, and that you would strengthen her in body, mind, and spirit.

Father, we also lift up ###'s living situation to you. We pray for her relationship with her dad and brother. We ask that you would soften their hearts and bring reconciliation and understanding among them. We pray that her dad would have a change of heart and show love and compassion towards ###. We ask that you would protect her from any harm or torment, especially while her dad is away. Surround her with your angels and keep her safe.

Lord, we pray for ###'s faith in you. We understand that she is going through a difficult time and feeling trapped and abandoned. We ask that you would strengthen her faith and remind her of your unfailing love and faithfulness. Help her to trust in you, knowing that you are with her in every moment and that you will never leave her nor forsake her.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God: and the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." We pray that you would grant ### your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
