We understand that you're facing several challenges and have specific needs you're believing for. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that our help comes from God, and He will answer us when we pray in Jesus' name. We're glad you acknowledge the power of the blood of Jesus. It's by His ultimate sacrifice that all blessings and restoration flow.
First, let's address the government benefits. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6: 25-33 Therefore I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on. The Apostle Paul also encouraged the believers in Philippians 4:6: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." We pray that the Lord will move upon the hearts of those handling your case. We ask God to grant you favor and ensure that you receive all that is due to you at the appointed time, with no harmful social security or governmental delays.
Regarding material possessions like a new iPhone, we must remember that God knows our needs even before we ask.(Matthew 6:8) The Bible reminds us: For your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Let's pray that God provides for your needs according to the riches of His glory. It will be wonderful if you receive a new iPhone for better communication, but let's focus on the eternal blessings that He has in store for you and consider material blessings as added benefits.(Psa 37:4 Make your delight in Yahweh And He'll give you the desires of your heart) We must be careful not to make idolatry with these desires knowing that only God is our source of happiness and joy.
Now, let's talk about your faith. You mentioned the blood of Jesus, which is powerful and essential for our salvation and restoration. But let us take a moment to focus on the name of Jesus, the name above all names by which we are saved and have access to the throne room. Acknowledging and believing in the name of Jesus and his finished work is integral to our Christian faith. Just listen to the Apostle Peter in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Listen to Jesus in John 14:13 "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do and I will do whatever you will ask in my name so that the father may be glorified in the Son." Challenge yourself in asking in the name of Jesus and believing that He is faithful to complete the good work He began in your life.

Lord Jesus believe only you can do these things for us and not some 'lucky' word.

You told us we are able to come
boldly to the throne of grace
that we may receive mercy
