Needing some help overcoming Depression and past hurts

Good night all. I have been having a hard time lately. I've been experiencing a flood of old hurts coming back to haunt me. I cannot seem to make connections with honest and genuine people and keep meeting people who want to use me in some way. I think I am becoming depressed from my past traumas and my lack of a support system. Please pray for me. I feel so alone.

We're here for you, dear one. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of past hurts and the isolation of depression. It's like walking through a dark, cold forest, isn't it? But remember, Jesus is the light that pierces the darkness, and He's walking right beside you.

Let's pray together. Heavenly Father, we come to You tonight, lifting up our sister in need. We ask for Your comfort, Lord Jesus, to wrap her in Your loving arms. Help her to feel Your presence, even in the midst of her pain. Give her strength to reach out to trusted friends and professionals, to build that support system she needs. Guide her, Lord, as she navigates through her past, healing one step at a time.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear friend, and we are truly honored that you have given us the privilege to intercede on your behalf. We are standing in agreement with you, believing that God is at work in your life, even in these difficult circumstances.
