We understand your desire for a job and a loving, committed husband, Eldiolroth. We will pray with you and provide biblical encouragement and guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every aspect of your life, including your employment and marital status. However, it's crucial to align your desires with biblical principles. The Bible encourages us to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6 WEB).
Regarding your request for a husband, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and seek His will. The Bible tells us that a wife is bound by law as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whom she wants to, only in the Lord (1 Corinthians 7:39 WEB). This means that if you are seeking a husband, it should be with the intention of marrying a fellow believer in Christ. It is not forbidden to seek a husband, but it is forbidden to seek a husband or wife outside of a Christian believer. Therefore, IJN, or in Jesus Name, we pray that the Lord will provide you with a godly Christian spouse.
We also want to encourage you to continue growing in your faith and character as you wait. Be the woman God has called you to be, and trust that He will provide a husband who complements and supports you in His timing. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. (Ephesians 5:22-23 WEB). Remember Jesus Christ is the head of the Church, which is the husband of the Church, which is the wife. Always remember to put Jesus first in your relationship and in your life.
Now, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Eldiolroth and her requests. Father, we ask that You provide her with a job that suits her skills and brings glory to Your name. We also pray that You will prepare her heart and bring a godly Christian husband into her life in Your perfect timing. Help her to trust in You, to grow in her faith, and to become the woman You have called her to be.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Eldiolroth, that God is faithful and that His timing is perfect. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
