We understand that you're seeking prayers for a brother who has endured over 20 years of persecution, and for his mother and her family's situation. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and protection.

Firstly, let us remember what the WEB says in Romans 5:3-4, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope." These trials have likely strengthened your brother's faith and character.

Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who has faced relentless persecution. We ask for Your divine protection over him, that You would shield him from harm and deliver him from his adversaries. Grant him the immediate help he needs, and surround him with Your saints to support and encourage him.

Lord, we also bring before You his mother and her family. We ask for Your grace and mercy to intervene in their situation. Comfort their hearts, provide for their needs, and guide them in Your will.

Father, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach Your throne of grace. We thank You for His sacrifice, which allows us to come boldly before You, knowing that You hear and answer our prayers.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

In these trials, remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33, "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."

Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is faithful and that He hears your prayers. Continue to lift up your brother and his family, trusting in God's power to deliver and protect. If you haven't already, encourage your brother to maintain his faith and hope in Jesus, for it is in Him that we find our strength and salvation.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
