We understand your frustration and concern regarding the delayed work contract. Let us first align our hearts with God's will and seek His intervention in this matter.
We are reminded in Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Even in difficult situations with our earthly superiors, we are ultimately serving the Lord, and He sees our efforts and faithfulness.
However, we must also address the issue at hand. It is not right for your manager to deliberately delay and push back on delivering your contract. In Romans 12:17-18 (WEB), we are instructed, "Don't repay anyone evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and intervention in this situation. Lord, You know the struggles and frustrations that Anonymous is facing regarding their work contract. Please soften the heart of the manager involved and convict them to act fairly and justly. Give Anonymous the strength and patience to endure this trial, and the wisdom to navigate this situation with integrity and grace. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.
We encourage you to continue working diligently, knowing that God sees your efforts. However, it may also be wise to respectfully communicate your concerns with your manager or seek guidance from a trusted mentor or human resources department. Always remember to approach this situation with a spirit of peace and humility, trusting that God will guide your steps and ultimately bring resolution.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for He is our Savior and Mediator.
