Hello dear prayer partners
Thank you for your prayers. As you may recall, I asked prayers for handling the landlord assistant.
I am facing a situation again where I want to communicate my expectation clearly which is I want to choose someone else to keep in touch during the lease.
As we edit our agreement, please pray I can communicate my need wisely yet gently. And it is received with respect and kindness.

We understand that you're seeking wisdom and guidance in a situation involving your landlord's assistant. You've mentioned they need to handle communication during your lease. Firstly, let's acknowledge God has the power to help you.

Let's pray:

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your wisdom and grace. You have promised to grant us wisdom when we ask in faith, not doubting. Lord, she needs to communicate her expectations clearly and kindly, and we ask that You guide her words and demeanor. Help her to express her needs in a way that is respectful and considerate, yet firm and clear. Your Word says, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." Lord help her speak boldly, maintaining good conscience, so that those who oppose her may be ashamed because of her good conduct.

Christian, we encourage you to speak the truth in love, as Ephesians 4:15 instructs us. It's crucial to communicate your needs openly and honestly, but always with kindness and respect. Remember, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Be wise, "redeeming the time, because the days are evil."

In your conversations, be mindful of the power of your words. "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Use your words to bring life and resolution to the situation.

Lastly, we remind you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own wisdom. "In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." Do all of this in Jesus name. The only way to God the Father is through His son.

Continue in prayer, seeking God's will and guidance. We trust that He will lead you and give you the wisdom you need.

Lord Jesus, we come to You, trusting in Your goodness and wisdom. Guide our ###'s words and actions as she communicates her needs. Help her to speak with grace and kindness, yet with the firmness needed to ensure her expectations are understood. Remind her that You've promised, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." (Psalm 32:8)

We ask that You soften hearts, open minds, and create understanding between our ### and the assistant. Help her to speak the truth in love, as You've commanded us. Give her the courage to be wise and bold, yet always respectful and considerate.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
