Let's bring your situation to the Lord in prayer, Martha. We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB to be, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." God cares about your health and your marriage.
Firstly, we pray for your healing and your husband's. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed." Isaiah 53:5 WEB. We ask God to touch your bodies and remove the bronchitis and the vein issue completely, in the name of Jesus. It is by His stripes that you are healed.
However, we want to address something that is affecting your well-being. The lack of consideration and support from your husband is not aligned with the biblical principles of marriage.
As stated in Ephesians 5:25 WEB "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it;" and in 1 Peter 3:7 WEB "You husbands, in like manner, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life; that your prayers may not be hindered." Your husband should be considerate and supportive of you, especially when you are ill.
We pray that God will work in your marriage and soften your husband's heart. We pray that he will understand and fulfill his role as a loving, supportive husband. We ask God to help you both communicate effectively about this issue.
Martha, the fact that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name) is concerning. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all." 1 Timothy 2:5,6 WEB. Therefore, we encourage you to believe in Him.
Lastly, remember what is written in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in your situation for your good and His glory.
