We rebuke any involvement in debt that is against biblical principles. Remember, the Bible warns, "The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower is the slave of the lender" (Proverbs 22:7, WEB). We pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory, so that you may be freed from the bondage of debt.
Regarding your legal troubles, we are told, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men" (Romans 12:18, WEB).
