In Jesus name, heavenly Father we acknowledge you have all authority and you have direct control over this person's situation. Seeing all and understanding all we ask Jesus that you have Mercy on this situation and we thank you in advance for what you are doing.
However, we want to address a few points. First, it's crucial to ensure that our prayers are aligned with God's will and offered in the name of Jesus. The Amazing power of the Resurrection and ultimately the salvation of the World is only accessible by the name of Jesus. There is no other name you can use to be saved and have your prayers answered by God. We trust in Jesus, who said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" John 14:13-14 (WEB).
We pray that you will find the items you are looking for and that those around you will cooperate and respond quickly to your needs. But you also must understand that as you seek to find the items, but keep in mind that God's ways are higher than our ways. You can seek His guidance in your situation, seeking for Him to bring the answers to light. Also keep in mind that sometimes God does not always deliver the outcomes that we want but what He does is exactly what we need in the long run. His ways are not our ways.
"'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts'" Isaiah 55:8-9 (WEB).
May God grant you patience, understanding, and peace as you trust in Him.
In closing remember the golden rule in Luke 6:31. Treat others with the same kindness and respect that you would want for yourself and you will find it much easier to get the cooperation you are seeking from others.
