Need to Speak to Michael, Good Conversation, Refund...

We started purchasing land in Southern Philippines but wife wants to move back to her family in Central Cebu. We have half the property paid for and would like there to be a full refund with as little fine as possible. We have been trying to talk to him for a while and it looks like we can finally talk tonight. Thank you for prayers, it is a fairly sizable investment and really need the money back. Thank you in Jesus' Name

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our intercessor and their situation regarding the land purchase in Southern Philippines. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate provider and that all things belong to you. We ask for your guidance and favor in this matter.

Father, we pray for unity and understanding between our intercessor and their wife. We ask that you soften their hearts and help them come to a mutual agreement regarding the land and their desire to move back to Central Cebu. May your peace and wisdom prevail in their discussions.

Lord, we also lift up the issue of the refund for the half-paid property. We pray for a favorable outcome, that there would be a full refund with minimal fines or penalties. We trust in your provision, knowing that you are able to work all things together for our good.

In your Word, you have promised to give us the desires of our hearts when we delight ourselves in you . We ask that you align our intercessor's desires with your perfect will. Help them to trust in your timing and to have faith that you will provide for their financial needs.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . May your will be done in this situation, and may your name be glorified through it all.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
