Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is in need of selling their home. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and the urgency of their situation. We ask that you would grant them favor and bring multiple cash offers for their home this week.
In your Word, you have promised that when we ask anything according to your will, you will hear us . We believe that it is your desire to provide for your children and meet their needs. We stand on the assurance that you are a God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think .
Lord, we ask that you would guide the potential buyers to this home and create a sense of urgency in their hearts to make offers. Remove any obstacles or hindrances that may stand in the way of a successful sale. We pray for a smooth and seamless process, from the initial offers to the closing of the sale.

I just prayed for your request! Remember the Lord hears, considers, and answers the prayers of the righteous (The Christian) according to his will as it says in Scripture! (Psalm 34:17) (1 John 5:14)
As a Christian, walk in the Spirit and the Lord's ways by avoiding sin, that your prayers be not hindered. (Galatians 5:16-26)
Pray for your request without stopping as the Scripture commands. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
Remember also the Holy Spirit intercedes for you when you are among the followers of the Lord (a Christian), and He (the Spirit) expresses the groanings in you which cannot be uttered. (Romans 8:26)
The Lord answer your prayer according to his grace, mercy, and will!
