Big things are happening in Jesus' Name! 
We understand your urgency to onboard work quickly, and we want to lift this matter up in prayer with you. However, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing, as Proverbs 16:9 (WEB) tells us, "A man's heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this child of Yours who is eager to start their work. We ask that You direct their steps and open the right doors at the right time. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 8:28). Give them patience and grace as they navigate this season, and provide them with the wisdom to know what steps to take. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, it is important to commit your ways to the Lord, trusting also in Him (Psalm 37:5). He knows your needs and He cares for you.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to acknowledge that it is only by His name that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you haven't already, consider committing your life to Jesus Christ, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation. This is the foundation of our faith and our prayers.

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
