Need to make a career decision by tomorrow that will impact the trajectory of life for my family. Very scared of the unknown and need guidance to know that I am making the right decision. Pray for ###.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with our hearts open, bringing ###'s concern and fear about an impending career decision. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance and wisdom to be upon ### as this critical decision is made.

Father, You are the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. You know the plans You have for ###, plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that You will illuminate the path and provide clarity, removing any fear of the unknown. Let ### feel Your comforting presence and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Grant ### the discernment to hear Your voice clearly, as it is written in Isaiah 30:21, "Your ears will hear a word behind you, saying, 'This is the way. Walk in it,' when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left." May Your Spirit guide every thought and action, ensuring that the decision made aligns with Your perfect will.

We also lift up ###'s family, asking that You provide them with strength and unity during this time of change. Let them feel Your love and support, knowing that You hold their future in Your hands.

We trust in Your unfailing love and believe that You will lead ### to the right decision. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your everlasting faithfulness.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
