We understand that you're struggling with weight loss and spiritual attacks. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your need for help and turning to God. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and it is by Jesus Christ that we are saved. We are told,

There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB

We are also told,

There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB

Let's address your concerns one by one.

In terms of weight loss, remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. We should honor God in the way we treat our bodies and live by the Spirit.

We are told,

Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Galatians 5:18

To that end, we pray that God will give you the strength and discipline to make healthy choices and follow through with them daily in Jesus Name. We know that with God you can do all things.

We are told,

I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13 WEB

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You lifting up ellie12, asking for Your help in their weight loss journey. Give them the strength and endurance to exercise daily and guide their food choices according to Your will. Help them to maintain a healthy weight and live a life that honors You in Jesus name."

Regarding demonic torture, know that Jesus has all authority over the spiritual realm. If we submit to God and be obedient to God in Jesus Name we will have protection.

We are told,

Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7 WEB

Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB

"Father, we rebuke any demonic activity torturing ellie12. We take authority over it and command it to stop in Jesus' name. We pray for peace and the realization of this freedom by ellie12 to be free from this demonic torture. Cover ellie12 with the blood of Jesus and surround them with Your heavenly protection. Keep praying and trusting in God. He hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Remember to keep Jesus Christ at the center of all prayers. Also, make sure that you are believing in Jesus Christ.
