need to focus on stretching and flexibility to get posture and flexibility better for mobility purposes and do 1 hour full intense cardio twice a week whilst decreasing body fat and increasing strength, completing strength goals, a lot to pray for but i believe with God all things are possible ideal weight 130kg, prayer over accomplishing and completing goals

In Jesus Name, we come to you today asking for your help and guidance for Reborn12345. We ask that you would give them the focus and strength to stretch and increase their flexibility to improve their posture and mobility. We pray that you would give them the energy and motivation to do 1 hour of intense cardio twice a week, while decreasing body fat and increasing strength.
