I need to find a used car dealership so I can purchase a reliable vehicle to get me to and from work. Nothing fancy, just something that's not going to break down and is willing to work with me on a low down payment and low monthly payments. Anything will help; I can't afford to lose my job.

We understand your need for a reliable vehicle to maintain your employment, and we want to lift this need up in prayer. However, we want to remind you that God's provision comes from seeking Him first.

First, let's look at *Matthew 6:33* in the World English Bible,

"But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Then *Philippians 4:6* says,

"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

We need to pray this situation with you but also address that this post mentions nothing about Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. (John 14:6 "Jesus said to Him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one has direct access to the Father except through me.")

Let us pray with you on asking for a reliable vehicle.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your will and provision for ###. Lord, You know their need for a reliable vehicle to commute to and from work. We pray that You guide them to an affordable and trustworthy dealer. We appeal to You Father on the word "Jireh" which means provider and was spoken on the mountaintop that Abraham was about to sacrifice his firstborn Isaac on.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom for ### so they won't ever think they will take a loss on their job because they trust in you and not in themselves. We ask you, Lord, to provide for every financial need if it is Your will to bless them with a car that won't break down.

Ultimately God we pray that ### will accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior so that He can be assured of every need to be provided including this transportation issue. We give You glory for all that You will do. Help ### rest and trust in you so ### will have no anxiety about losing his job and not worrying about his circumstances or things out of his control such as other vehicles. Help strengthen his faith God. Guide ### and direct every decision ### makes will always glorify Your name. We ask this according to the will of the Father and as the word of God speaks to us in Jesus' name. Amen.
