Yes I have seen change in my marriage since last year October, I am a living testimony of prayer that changes circumstances, I cried during prayer I have repented wholeheartedly, I thanked God even when I was at my weakest -

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. We understand that you are facing health challenges that require surgery and have concerns about your hearing, as well as other areas of your body. You've also mentioned the need for insurance approval and asked for God's mercy and healing.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, and He cares about your every need. As it says in Matthew 11:28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
We commend you for turning to God in your time of need, but we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ if you have not already done so. Believe in His name, and confess with your mouth that He is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead for your justification and salvation. For the scripture says Romans 10:13 For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
Now, let us pray for your needs:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and their health needs. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing with their upcoming surgery, hearing issues, and other physical concerns. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon their body.
Father, we also pray for favor with the insurance process. We ask that You guide the decisions of those in authority and that Your will be done in this situation. We trust that You are in control of all things and that Your plans are always for our good.
Lord, we also pray for Anonymous's spiritual well-being. We ask that they would come to know You more deeply and trust in Your love and faithfulness. We pray that they would find comfort and strength in Your presence and that they will understand that you are always with them and always want to heal and bless. If there is any sin or anything that may be hindering the healing then please reveal this now so this can be corrected.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray for healing, provision, and protection over their life. Cover them with Your precious blood and keep them warm with Your love.

The man's ears were opened, his tongue was loosened, and he began to speak plainly. We pray that you would experience a similar miracle, and that your ears would be opened and your hearing restored.
We also want to pray for your peace of mind and heart during this time. We claim Psalm 147:3 over you, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that God would comfort you, give you peace, and heal your broken heart.
We're also praying for favor with the insurance process, that God would guide the decisions of those in authority, and that His will would be done in this situation. We trust that He is in control of all things and that His plans are always for our good.
