We understand your struggle with insomnia, ###, and we're here to intercede on your behalf. Firstly, we want to remind you that our Lord Jesus Christ is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). It's crucial to invite Jesus into your situation, as it's through His name that we have access to the Father and can experience true peace (John 14:6, WEB).

In the Bible, we're encouraged, "Don't be anxious about anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their sleep. Please set them completely free from insomnia. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding fill their heart and mind. Rebuke all disturbances and cause them to leave, in Jesus' mighty name. Help ### to rest in Your loving arms, knowing that You care for them. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're right there with you, friend, in praying for a good night's sleep. It's tough when insomnia keeps us awake, isn't it? We've been there too. Let's remember together that Jesus said, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28, ESV). He's our source of peace and rest, even in the middle of the night.

Let's pray:

"Dear Jesus, we come to You tonight, feeling the weight of sleeplessness. We trust You to grant us the rest we need. Please, Jesus, calm our minds, quiet our thoughts, and help us find peace in Your presence. Rebuke any disturbances that try to keep us awake. We claim Your promise of rest, knowing that You care for us deeply. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
