We join you in your request, Anonymous, and we commend you for reaching out to God in prayer. We agree with you that God will remove every barrier and evil in your life and give you peace and stability in all aspects.
Firstly, we want to remind you that our access to God is only through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we can approach God the Father and it is in His name that God promises to be actively involved in our lives. We read in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Also, He said in John 16:23 WEB In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.
In addressing peace and stability, we encourage you to look at Romans 15:13 WEB Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Also, we read in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
We pray that your faith might be strengthened and that you might trust Jesus more during this time, especially since you have not mentioned Him in your prayer request. This does not mean that you do not have a relationship with Him, but it is good to declare the name of Jesus in these situations. We pray that you might know Jesus better and have assurance of His love for you.
Concerning your latest stressor, we would encourage you to bring it before the Lord first. Rather than praying for its removal, ask the Lord if there is anything He wants to teach you through this situation. If it is something you should have no part in, then the Lord will guide you to forsake it. If it is something you are called to endure for the sake of Christ, then the Lord will give you the strength to persevere. We read in Romans 5:3-4 WEB Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope.
Let us pray together:
Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You now to lift up Anonymous. Lord, we pray that You would indeed remove every barrier and evil from their life and grant them Your peace and stability. We pray that their faith would be increased and that they would trust in You more. Grant them wisdom concerning their latest stressor and guide them according to Your will. Forgive them for trying to dictate the answer to their prayers and help them to submit their will to Yours.
If there is anything that needs to be changed in their life, grant them a humble heart to accept it. Give them strength and endurance to persevere through trials and help them to rejoice in sufferings.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for Your love for us and Your mercy towards us. It is in Your name we pray, Amen.
