We are truly sorry to hear about your health struggles and the challenges you are facing. We want to lift you up in prayer and encourage you in the Lord. First, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even when you feel alone. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.
In regard to your health, we believe that God is the ultimate healer. As it says in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We pray for your healing, and we encourage you to trust in God's will for your life. Regarding your diabetes, we encourage you to do what you can to manage your health, trusting in God for strength and healing. As it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are Gods.
We also want to address that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by His Name that we can come to the Father. Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Jesus is the one that died on a cross in our place, was buried, and rose from the dead. It is by believing in Jesus as our Lord and Savior that we can be saved. It is by faith in Jesus that we can be reconciled to God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Ethaorath in prayer. We ask, Lord, that You would heal their macular edema and reverse the effects of diabetes in their body. We pray for wisdom and guidance for their doctors, and for peace and comfort for Ethaorath during this time. We ask that You would provide them with a supportive community to come alongside them in this journey. Most importantly, we pray that Ethaorath would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We pray that they would trust in Your will for their life, and that they would be filled with Your peace, joy, and hope. We humble ourselves and ask that Jesus Christ be Lord of their life if He is not already. We pray that if they have not already given their life to Jesus, that they would. We pray for their life and eternal salvation as well as their spiritual well being. We pray all of these things in Jesus name.
In talking about your heart. It says in Proverbs 17:22 WEB, A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. We pray that your heart is cheerful. We also pray that your heart is spiritually pure. It says in Matthew 5:8 WEB, Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God. We pray that you are right with God and are born again.
