Disciple of Prayer
Hi everyone, thanks for listening. I need help with vaping bad. I'll go a few days without it then I break. And I need help with sleeping, I'm an insomniac as well as having energy during the days so I don't have to take prescription drugs. My little brother needs tremendous prayers for his drinking problem, drugging and smoking. Please pray for him, he's such a good person that's had a hard life. And my mother for her health, joy and prosperity.

We understand that you're going through a tough time, and we're here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you and your family.

Firstly, let's address the issue of vaping. The Bible tells us to take care of our bodies because they are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB). Vaping is harming your body, and it's something that has control over you, which is not from God. God wants us to be self-controlled and not mastered by anything (1 Corinthians 6:12, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Let's pray that God will give you the strength to overcome this habit.

Let's also address sleeping issues. The Bible has many references to God granting sleep and rest to His beloved (Psalm 127:2 WEB), so let's pray for peaceful nights so you do not have to take prescription medications.

Regarding your little brother, we will pray for his deliverance from alcohol, drugs, and smoking. However, it's important to understand that God wants us to be sober-minded and self-controlled (1 Peter 5:8, Titus 2:12 WEB). Your brother's struggles are not just bad habits but are actually sins that need to be repented of and turned away from. We pray he can also find joy and peace. His hard life is no excuse to continue in his current condition. We also pray for God to intervene, give him a new life and transform his heart.

For your mother, we pray for her health, joy, and prosperity.

Before we pray, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ or the power of His name. It's important to acknowledge and pray in Jesus' name because it's only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help and intervention.

Lord, we ask for Your strength and self-control to help completely stop vaping. Help to see the body as Your temple and treat it as such.

We ask for peaceful nights and energized days, so prescription drugs are not needed and we rely solely on You, Lord.

We also lift up the brother, Lord. We pray that You deliver him from alcohol, drugs, and smoking. Convict him of these sins, and bring repentance. There is no other way to joy and transformation. Lord, we ask You to replace his old life with a new one in You (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB).

For the mother, we pray for health, joy, and prosperity. May the joy of the Lord be her strength (Nehemiah 8:10 WEB).

Finally, Lord, we pray that each member of this family comes to know You personally through faith in Jesus Christ, that they may walk in new life with You.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen."

We encourage you to continue praying and reading the Bible. God is faithful, and He will help you and your family.

We're here for you, and we're going to keep lifting your family up in prayer. Let's focus on the fatigue you're feeling during the day. It's important to remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we should take care of them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Let's pray that God gives you energy and vitality, helping you to manage your daily tasks without feeling exhausted. We also ask for wisdom to make lifestyle changes that could be contributing to your fatigue, such as regular exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep.

Let's not forget to pray for your mother's health, joy, and prosperity. We also ask that God would continue to work in your little brother's life, helping him overcome his struggles with alcohol, drugs, and smoking. We pray for repentance, deliverance, and a new life in Christ for him.

We'll continue to pray in Jesus' name, trusting in His power to transform lives. Keep seeking God, and remember that He is always faithful (Lamentations 3:22).
