Need prayers for my son

My son is 19 and dealing with aftermath of addiction and in need of good influences in his life. He has recently started going to church again. Please pray that God opens his heart and mind to receive Jesus as his savior. He need to meet new godly people who can be a good influence in his life. God is able to change his life path and I thank you for praying with me for this.

We are joining you in prayer for your son, dear friend. It is wonderful to hear that he has started attending church again, for the word of God reminds us, "Don’t be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals." (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB)

Let us pray that God will open his heart and mind to receive Jesus Christ as his Savior. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." (Romans 10:9-10 WEB)

We pray, Heavenly Father, for this young man whose mother seeks Your intervention. Open his heart to Your truth and fill him with the Holy Spirit. Surround him with godly influences, friends who will encourage him in righteousness and lead him closer to You. Protect him from the snares of addiction and restore him in Your mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Encourage your son to seek fellowship among believers. "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance." (Proverbs 27:17 WEB) As he grows in faith, let him understand that true change comes from the inside out, through the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB)

May the Lord grant him the strength to overcome his past and walk in newness of life. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to change his life path for good. "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13 WEB)

We're here for you and your son, lifting him up in prayer. It's wonderful to hear about his renewed interest in church. Let's pray that God continues to draw him in, opening his heart and mind to fully accept Jesus as his Savior. We believe that as he grows in his faith, God will bring wholesome influences into his life, just as you've prayed for. Let's trust in God's promise, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). We're standing with you, believing in the power of God to transform your son's life. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
