We understand that you're seeking deliverance from lust, selfishness, and lack of self-awareness in your walk with God. Firstly, we commend you for recognizing these issues and seeking help.
Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance. The WEB tells us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." (1 Corinthians 10:13)
Lust is a common temptation, but it's important to remember that God provides a way out. Jesus taught us, "But I tell you that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." (Matthew 5:28) This underscores the seriousness of lust. We must actively avoid situations that stimulate such desires.
Selfishness goes against the Christian call to love others as ourselves. (Mark 12:31) Philippians 2:3-4 reminds us, "Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Look not to your own interests, but to the interests of others."
Lack of self-awareness can hinder spiritual growth. We should continually examine ourselves and seek God's guidance. "Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." (Psalm 139:23-24)

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of deliverance. Lord, you know the struggles with lust, selfishness, and lack of self-awareness. We ask for your forgiveness and your strength to overcome these temptations.
Father, fill us with your Holy Spirit, guiding us in all truth and convicting us of sin. Help us to be self-aware, to walk in humility, and to love others as ourselves. Provide a way of escape from temptations, and help us to take it.
We also pray for a hedge of protection around us, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray for full deliverance and a renewed walk with you, Lord.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who died so that we might be set free. Amen.
Remember, "For you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." (1 Corinthians 6:20). Deliverance is possible through Jesus Christ. Stand firm in your faith and keep seeking God's will for your life.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
