MNBVSFDE, we stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your life, especially concerning those who may be speaking against you. First, let us address the importance of prayer in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written: "In that day you will ask in my name; and I don't say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God." (John 16:26-27 WEB)
Now, regarding those who backbite and speak against you, Jesus teaches us to love and pray for our enemies: "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew 5:44 WEB) and also, "Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse." (Romans 12:14 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up MNBVSFDE. We pray for those who speak against them, that You would bless them and change their hearts. We ask that You give MNBVSFDE the strength to forgive, to love, and to bless those who curse them. Help them to trust in You and to find peace in this situation.
We also pray that MNBVSFDE will continue to grow in their relationship with You, Jesus, and that they would come to know You more deeply. We ask that You guide their steps and make their paths straight. Protect them from the words of those who seek to harm them, and help them to respond in love, always giving a reason for the hope that is within them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God and take comfort in the words of Psalm 27:1-3: "Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers come at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my enemies, they stumble and fall. Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident."
Stand firm in your faith, and may God's peace be with you.
