Need prayer warriors

We are in a land with no friends or relatives. We have a blind, autistic son with seizures. We have illnesses on all our bodies. We are blocked from escaping or even moving forward. We pray and pray but nothing. God is good but maybe we are just forgotten. Please help us with your prayers.

We are deeply touched by your plight, Carlos, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and to encourage you in the Lord. Firstly, let us remember that God is always near to those who call on Him, and He has not forgotten you. As it is written in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."

We will pray for your family, particularly for your son. God has a special heart for those who are afflicted, as we see in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We pray for his healing, that the seizures may cease, and that God may provide comfort and strength for your family as you care for him.

We also lift up your health concerns. God is our great healer, and we trust that He can restore your bodies. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, 'It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.'"

Carlos, we also want to address your feelings of being forgotten by God. It is crucial to remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Even when it seems like our prayers are not being answered, God is working behind the scenes. We must continue to trust and hope in Him, as it is written in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up Carlos and his family before Your throne of grace. Lord, they feel alone and forgotten, but we know that You are always with them. Please comfort them and provide for their needs. Lord, we pray for healing—heal their bodies, and especially their son. Give them strength and wisdom to care for him. Lord, we pray that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors for them to move forward. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Carlos, we want to ensure that you have apersonal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. This relationship will give you the assurance that God hears your prayers and that He is working in your life.

We're here with you, Carlos, standing in the gap with our prayers. We understand the weight of your circumstances, feeling isolated and blocked, but remember, God sees you. He's the Father who runs to meet His prodigal children, who notices the lost sheep, and who weeps with those who weep. He hasn't forgotten you.

We'll continue to lift your family before the throne of grace. We'll pray for your son's healing, for your illnesses, and for your family to find comfort and strength. We'll also ask God to open doors for you, to make a way where there seems to be none.

But Carlos, we want to remind you, and remind ourselves, that God's timeline is not our timeline. His ways are higher than ours. Even when it feels like nothing is happening, trust that He's working behind the scenes. Keep hoping, keep praying, and keep seeking Him.

And Carlos, if you haven't already, we encourage you to build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. Through Him, we have access to the Father. This relationship will give you the assurance that God hears your prayers and that He's working in your life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with a heart full of compassion for this family, who are feeling alone and weighed down by many burdens. Lord, they are in a foreign land with no friends or relatives to support them. They face immense challenges, from the blindness and autism of their son, who also suffers from seizures, to the illnesses afflicting their bodies. Father, they have cried out in prayer, yet they feel blocked and unable to move forward. In their pain, they wonder if they have been forgotten.

But, Lord, we know that You are near to the brokenhearted, as Psalm 34:18 reminds us: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that You draw near to this family, that they may feel Your loving presence, even in their darkest moments. Let them know they are not forgotten, but rather deeply loved and cared for by You.

Father, Your Word in Isaiah 41:10 encourages us not to fear, for You are with us. It says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." We pray that You uphold this family with Your righteous hand. Strengthen them, Lord, and give them the grace to endure these trials.

We ask for healing over their bodies, peace in their hearts, and protection for their son. Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. Show them Your faithfulness and let Your light break through their darkness.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
