Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging that God is by your side through all this. It's important to remember that God promises us, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
As for your situation, we must encourage honesty and integrity in all dealings, as God desires truth from us. Proverbs 12:22 WEB tells us, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do things honestly are his delight." When you initially moved in, it may have been best to be forthright about your pet. However, we understand that circumstances can be complex.
Regarding your dog as an emotional service animal, it's essential to ensure that this is genuinely the case, and not just a means to circumvent rules. We should always strive for honesty and integrity in all our actions.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' mighty name, lifting up Elfven's situation to You. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in this matter. If it is Your will, please soften the owner's heart to accept Elfven's dog as an emotional service animal. We also pray for forgiveness if there has been any deceit involved, as You desire truth and honesty from us.
Please comfort Elfven, Lord, and remind them of Your constant presence. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continually seek God's will in this matter and to trust in Him, knowing that He has your best interests at heart.
