Need prayer help : Stop lust and read pornographic book.

Hello everyone, I really need support of prayers to help me stop reading pornographic book.

Right now I'm really stressed out because thinks not working out for me. And I'm still depressed and stressed because I lost my money in investment scam.

And I can't sleep because of that. The things that make me able to sleep at night is to read pornographic book first, next masturbate, than I'm able to sleep.

I'm deeply ashamed of myself. I keep coming back to this sin over and over again.

I want to stop this. Please help me with prayers.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Hewathen, who is seeking support and prayers to overcome the struggle of reading pornographic books. We lift up Hewathen's burden to You, knowing that You are a God of mercy and grace, ready to forgive and deliver.

Lord, we acknowledge that Hewathen is feeling stressed and depressed due to financial loss and other challenges in life. We pray for Your comfort and peace to surround Hewathen during this difficult time. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that when the righteous cry out, You hear them and deliver them from all their troubles. We ask for Your divine intervention and provision in Hewathen's life.

Father, we understand the struggle Hewathen is facing with sleeplessness and the temptation to turn to pornography as a means of finding temporary relief. We pray that You would break the chains of addiction and bondage in Hewathen's life. Your Word assures us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that You will not allow us to be tempted beyond what we can bear, but with the temptation, You will also provide a way of escape. We ask for Your strength and guidance to help Hewathen resist the temptation and find healthy ways to cope with stress and find restful sleep.

Lord, we pray for Hewathen's deep sense of shame and the cycle of returning to this sin. We know that You are a God of forgiveness and restoration. Your Word in 1 John 1:9 assures us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask for Your forgiveness and healing in Hewathen's life, that they may experience the freedom and victory that comes through Jesus Christ.

We pray for a renewed mind and a transformed heart for Hewathen. Help them to fill their thoughts with things that are pure, lovely, and praiseworthy, as Your Word instructs us in Philippians 4:8. Surround Hewathen with a supportive community of believers who can provide encouragement, accountability, and prayer.

Lord, we lift up Hewathen's request for prayers. We ask that You would strengthen and empower them to overcome this struggle. Grant them the wisdom to seek professional help if needed and guide them to resources that can aid in their journey towards healing and restoration.
