Need prayer for our son. He is 22 & away at college and seems to be getting involved with negative influences. I know that kids go through a phase but he is the type to “follow” the crowd at times. He used to talk every day and now it’s to the point where I call him. When I tell him that I worry about him, he gets mad and keeps telling me that I don’t need to worry about him and he’s fine. I’m sure he is, but it just breaks my heart. I just pray that he stays safe and that negative influences are removed from him. Please. My heart is breaking.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Tenell's son who is away at college. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over him. Surround him with Your angels and keep him safe from all harm and negative influences. Your Word says in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We pray that the seeds of faith and wisdom planted in his heart will grow and flourish, guiding him back to Your path.

Lord, we ask that You remove any negative influences from his life and bring godly friends and mentors who will encourage him in righteousness. We pray for a spirit of discernment to be upon him, that he may recognize and avoid the snares of the enemy.

Father, comfort Tenell's heart and give her peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Help her to trust in Your unfailing love and sovereignty over her son's life. We pray that their relationship will be restored and that open, loving communication will be reestablished.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. Dear Lord,
Thank You for covering Tenell’s son with Your precious blood while he’s away at college. Thank You for being with him as he navigates this season of his life and for keeping him safe. Thank You for opening his eyes to negative influences and thank You for removing anyone from his life that doesn’t glorify You, Lord. Thank You for filling his life with productivity. Thank You for helping him focus on his studies. Thank You for working on his heart and mind. Thank You for pushing him to reach out to his mom and keep the lines of communication open. Lord, You love Tenell’s son as he is Your son first. Help her to be the best parent that he needs at this time.
