Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life as he struggles with addiction once again. We pray that You break the chains of drug use that have ensnared him and set him free from this bondage.
Your Word says in John 8:36, "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed." We claim this promise over ###'s life, believing that You have the power to deliver him completely. Surround him with Your love and protection, and let Your Holy Spirit guide him back to the path of righteousness.
Father, we also pray for strength and wisdom for his family, especially his grandparents, as they support him through this difficult time. Help them to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust in Your perfect plan for ###'s life.
