I prayed for you.
We understand your concern and anxiety about your current job and new role. Let us first assure you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
It's important to bring your worries to God and trust that He has a plan for you. In Psalm 55:22 (WEB), we are reminded to "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is feeling anxious and worried about their job and new role. Lord, we ask for Your peace to fill their heart and mind. Comfort them in their troubles and guide them in their work. Help them to trust in Your plan and to know that You are always in control. Give them the strength and wisdom they need to excel in their role, and help them to keep their job as it is Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to keep your focus on God and His goodness. Remember that He is faithful and has a purpose for your life. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time. Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB) reminds us, "Yahweh's steps are for the upright. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand."
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we are saved.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
