We understand that you're struggling with anxiety and it's making your life complex. We're here to pray with you and encourage you in the name of Jesus. Firstly let us address something very important. You mention that you are leaving it to your faith but do not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. It is the name of Jesus that is the only name by which we can be saved.
For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ knowing that He died on the cross to pay the price of your sins and mine. We believe in Jesus you can have peace with God the Father. This is the most important thing to understand.
The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, for our beloved who is battling with anxiety. Father, You know the depths of their struggle and the complexity it adds to their life. We ask, Lord, that You would grant them Your supernatural peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Guide them through their therapy and mindfulness practices, Lord, and help them to find true peace and rest in You. Strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and give Your word to them. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus.
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word daily, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace to your heart. Remember that God is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).
Lastly, we want to leave you with this beautiful promise from Isaiah 26:3 (WEB): "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you." Trust in the Lord, and He will see you through.
