Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Reborn12345, who is seeking prayer for their fitness goals. Lord, we acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we desire to take care of them in a way that honors you.
Father, we lift up Reborn12345's request for a flat bench press and decline bench press. We ask that you grant them strength and endurance as they strive to improve their physical fitness. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We pray that you would empower Reborn12345 to reach their goals and achieve success in their bench press exercises.
Additionally, Lord, we ask for your guidance and provision regarding the lat pull-down machine. We pray that it may be moved to a suitable location where it can be used effectively. We trust in your wisdom and ask for your divine intervention in this matter.
