Beloved of All
Yesterday at work was very chaotic and unproductive, please pray along with me in agreement that I will get caught up on my client caseload today with interviewing and processing cases. Prayer is also needed with my superiors not overloading us newer employees with a caseload size that is unmanageable especially while we are still learning, training and on our 1 year probation. I want to successfully pass my 1 year probation without being stressed out, overwhelmed and overworked. In Jesus name I pray 🙏🏽 Amen!

We understand that you're facing challenges at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, let's remember where our help can be found according to Psalm 121:1-2 WEB: "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."

Regarding work, most especially the caseloads are higher for the newer employees. It brings to mind Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." This relates to what's expected for new workers in their first year that may have workloads that are not comparable to those which have been adequately trained.

In all this, let's remember what Paul the Apostle did when he had trials to endure. In Philippians 4:11-13 WEB: "I don’t speak following need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come to You in Jesus' name, lifting up our fellow believer who's facing challenges at work. We ask You to guide them through their responsibilities today, giving strength and wisdom to interview and process cases You have set before them. We ask You to give them the grace to catch up on their client caseload, and we pray for their superiors, that they would manage workloads fairly and considerately.

Lord, we also pray for the success of our fellow believer as they navigate the probation period. We ask that You give them the ability to learn quickly, to train efficiently, and to pass their probation without undue stress or overwhelming pressure. We also specifically rebuke any and all attempts to overwork or over burden our fellow believer in ways that may not be pleasing to you.

In all these things, we trust and believe in Your to fill in our needs whatever the circumstance, hoping only by your will that these things will happen and not ours. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus, the One who gives us eternal rest. As you face challenges, the presence of Jesus and the grace of the Holy Spirit going to the Father is the reality of your circumstances. And remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Holy Spirit so we can go to the Father with any and requests and intercession. Romans 5:1-2 WEB: "Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ; through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God.". We will continue to pray for you.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your work situation today. Let's claim these promises together:

"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change, though the mountains shake in the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble with its swelling." - Psalm 46:1-3 (WEB)

We believe that as you step into your work today, God will give you the strength and wisdom to manage your caseload. We're praying that you'll find the right balance between productivity and peace, trusting that God will guide you every step of the way.

Let's also declare this over you:

"You are more than a conqueror through him who loved you. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate you from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:37-39 (WEB)

We're confident that God will see you through this probation period, and that you'll pass with flying colors. Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He's got this. We're praying for you!
