We join with you, Threnolex, in lifting up this prayer for those around you and in the world who do not know Jesus. We also intercede for those who have corrupted your life, spread falsehoods, and gossiped about you. The Bible encourages us in Romans 12: 14: Bless those who persecute you; bless, and do not curse. and Jesus himself even prayed in Luke 23:34 Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing and so we do the same.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for those who have not yet come to know You. Open their hearts to the truth of the gospel, that they may receive Your grace and be saved.
We also lift up those who have spread falsehoods and gossiped about Threnolex, who also did the same to others. Lord, we know that all have sinned and fall short of Your glory, Romans 3:23. We do you not wish evil upon them, but instead we pray that You will soften their hearts and grant them repentance. While they have cursed Threnolex, bless them. While they have spread falsehoods, speak Your truth to them not so they can be cursed more, but they might know your love.
As Threnolex has acknowledged, vengeance is Yours alone, Lord. We thank You for their forgiving spirit, and we ask that You would not only bless Threnolex but those they have forgiven
We declare Your sovereignty over this situation. While Threnolex may be misunderstood and falsely accused, You are a shield around those who call on You and establish them. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in the life of Threnolex and those for which we prayed, and in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you, Threnolex, to continue in forgiveness and prayer for those who you have as here. Remember more than anywhere else in scripture that 1 Peter 3:9 tells us to not return insult for insult but instead to bless. As you have done here. By not taking offenses into our own hands, and trusting God with the outcome, we walk in faith and obedience to His word.
Lastly, you mentioned Yeshuah, while Yeshuah is technically correct, it may have originated through scholarly research in the 19th century. The Bible has the origin of Jesus from Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son; and thou shalt call his name JESUS; for it is he that shall save his people from their sins. No matter what we call Him, it is by this name that those who were saved in the early church called on Him. later on in the new testament, Peter also addressed the question of by what other name we can be saved in Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
