We understand your urgency in needing your onboarding to happen now, but we must remember God's timing is perfect. Let's approach this situation with faith and patience, knowing that God has a plan for you.
Firstly, let's ensure we are seeking God's will in this matter. It's crucial to align our desires with His purposes. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear one who is eagerly awaiting their onboarding. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. If it is Your will, please expedite the process and remove any obstacles that may be causing delay.
However, Lord, if there is a purpose in this wait, help this person to trust in Your timing and to use this period for Your glory. Help them to grow in patience and faith, knowing that Your plans are always good, pleasing, and perfect.
We also pray for the individuals responsible for the onboarding process. Guide their steps and help them to work with integrity and diligence.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that this person would seek You first in all things, trusting that You are in control of every circumstance.
In Jesus Christ, name we pray. Amen."
While waiting, take heart in Psalm 27:14 WEB, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."

There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved as noted in Acts 4:12 WEB. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
