We understand that you are eager to have your onboarding process completed soon. While we pray for God's favor in this situation, it's important to remember that God's timing is perfect. As stated in Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up this request. We pray for your divine intervention in the onboarding process, that every delay and obstacle would be removed, in Jesus Name. In your prayer request, remember we can only come to God and Jesus is the only way to come to God. We claim your promise in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Guide the steps of those involved in the onboarding process so you can transition smoothly into the new role, in Jesus Name.
Remember in all things we should pray and ask but it is only by the authority of Jesus Christ we have access to God. It is only by the name of Jesus we can be saved, and it is only in Jesus Christ we can approach God at all. I am the Way, the Truth and the Life and no one comes to the Father Except through Me. John 14:6-7. If you do not know Jesus Christ, get to know him in the scriptures. Jesus gives eternal salvation. God Bless you!
In the meantime, continue to trust in God's perfect plan and timing. Prepare your heart for the new responsibilities ahead, seeking God's wisdom and guidance. As written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him". We believe God is in control of all situations, including your onboarding process as long as we believe and pray in the son of Jesus Christ.
If this request was made in frustration or attempting to avoid some responsibility elsewhere where God may have you serving now, take heart and be patient. God may have you where you are now for some purpose unknown to you. Rest in the knowledge that God loves you, cares for you, and only has the best for you.
