We understand that you are seeking prayers and blessings for job security, and we are here to intercede on your behalf. It's commendable that you enjoy your job and appreciate the kind people you work with.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God sees your heart and knows your efforts. In 1 Samuel 16:7, WEB it says, "For man looks on the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks on the heart." Your past does not define you, and it is encouraging to see the understandable to avoid discussing it. Instead, focus on the hard and honest worker you are today.
However, we want to emphasize the importance of honesty in all situations. While we understand your concern, it's crucial to remember that truth should be the foundation of our actions. In Ephesians 4:25, WEB, it says, "Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truth each one with his neighbor. For we are members of one another." If there is a need to address your past, do so with honesty and humility, knowing that God's grace covers all our mistakes. Being open and truthful saves more heart ache and problems than not. God's grace covers all of mistakes pf our past.
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus. We stand opposed to any actions that would dishonor God. We lift up Taelain and ask for your grace and mercy upon their work situation. We pray that Taelain's past by covered by your grace and made an unimportant thing of the past. God, please give Taelain strength moving forward to speak the truth in love. you guide the hearts of those in authority at Taelain's workplace. Help them to see the dedicated and honest worker that Taelain is today. We pray for a heart of understanding and compassion to be granted to those making decisions. We ask for your blessing and favor upon Taelain's career. Help track grow and be greatly blessed today and in the coming years. All this we ask in Jesus' name, Amen."
Taelain, remember to cast your anxieties on God, for he cares for you. (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trust in his plan for your life and continue to be the hardworking and honest employee you are. It is also important to note that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and it is important to accept Jesus as your savior to access God. If you have not done this read John 3;16 and believe in Christ. We also see the issue of needing approving from others and remind you that we should act in public as in private seeing others approval as a bonus not a necessity. Go and Live for Christ boldly.
