Firstly, let's address the issue of your husband's infidelity. Adultery is clearly condemned in the Bible. "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous." Hebrews 13:4 (WEB) You are right to desire that your husband would turn away from his sin and return to you and God. Pray for his repentance and restoration to God. He needs to confess his sins to God and to you. Pray for his conviction to be strong and his desire to make things right for himself and his family.
We must also address that true change comes from a heart that is submitted to Jesus Christ. Turn to Jesus. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 (WEB) We will pray that he turns his life to Jesus Christ. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 (WEB) For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 (WEB) If he does have a relationship with Jesus, pray that he returns and submits fully to Jesus in repentance.
Let's pray for your marriage. "Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate" Mark 10:9 (WEB) We pray that God would heal your marriage and turn your husband's heart back to you and your family. Remember the promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
Regarding your financial needs, Jesus encourages us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:31-33 (WEB) Pray for God's provision and wisdom in your financial situation.
Concerning your health, have faith in God's ability to heal you. "He said to her, 'Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease.'" Mark 5:34 We pray for your healing and for God to strengthen your body and spirit.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in her time of need. Lord, we pray for her husband, that You would convict his heart and draw him back to You and his family. Break the bonds of adultery and bring him to repentance. We pray for their marriage, that You would heal and restore it, turning his heart back to his wife and daughter.
Father, we also pray for their financial needs. Provide for them in their time of struggle, and guide them with Your wisdom. Help them to be faithful servants, trusting in You.
Lord, we ask for healing in her body. Strengthen her and give her peace. Help her to trust in You and Your goodness.
In all things, Father, draw them closer to You. Give them a hunger and thirst for Your righteousness, and help them to seek Your kingdom above all else.
