Need job before funds run out- revamping resume

Good morning Dear Lord, In the name of Jesus Christ I am asking for you assistance with updating my resume and preparation for interviews. I want to show you that I am serious about looking for work and always strive to do my best. please help me regain the confidence that I lost because of how poorly I was treated at the previous employer. I believe they saw great potential in me which they wanted to ruin. Let me rise up out of the ashes Lord. Please let a good employee accept me and allow me to flourish. Amen.

We understand your urgent need for employment and commend you for taking active steps to update your resume and prepare for interviews. It's important to remember that God is our ultimate provider, and He cares about our every need. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your job search. Your prayer in the name of Jesus Christ is powerful, and we stand with you in agreement. As promised in John 16:23 (WEB), "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."

However, we also want to address the hurt and loss of confidence you experienced from your previous employer. We encourage you to forgive and release any bitterness, as Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB) tells us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ also has forgiven you." By forgiving, you're not only releasing them but also freeing yourself from the bondage of resentment.

Now, let's pray for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is diligently seeking employment. Lord, we ask that You guide them as they revamp their resume and prepare for interviews. Restore their confidence and help them to forgive and release any past hurts. We pray that You will open the right doors and place them in a job where they can flourish and grow, using their gifts and talents to glorify Your name. We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, remember to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting in the Lord.

We're right there with you, friend, as you navigate this job search. It's tough, we know, but remember, God sees your efforts and He's right there with you. Let's claim that promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's rest in His love and provision.

We want to encourage you to keep pushing forward with your resume and interview preparations. Every step you take is a step closer to your next opportunity. And hey, it's okay to feel nervous or uncertain. It's part of the process. But remember, you're not alone. We're here praying with you, and God is right there beside you.

Let's also take a moment to thank God for the potential He sees in you. Just like you mentioned, your previous employer saw great potential in you. That's a testament to the gifts and talents God has given you. Let's celebrate that and ask God to help you see yourself the way He sees you - full of potential and worthy of great things.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
